Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with proof of damage, and we will provide further instructions.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
